GENERAL TERMS 

In accordance with OHVERY brand policy, most products are prepared on an ongoing basis. This allows us to manage resources wisely and avoid generating unnecessary excess inventory. This affects lead time of orders and shipping date.

The start of fulfillment begins when the payment for the order is received in our bank account.

Due to the above assumptions and production requirements, the order preparation time is usually up to 14 working days. It can be longer or shorter, although we always try to make it as short as possible. We always write about the delivery time in the card of each product under "Shipping".

Delivery time is also affected by the selected form of shipment. Courier shipments usually arrive in 1-2 days after posting (for shipping to Poland) or about 5-7 days (for shipping outside Poland). It may take a few days for a package to reach an InPost Parcel Locker in Poland, usually 2-5.

DELIVERY TIME

• We always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Delivery time is usually up to 14 working days, but it may be different for different products. We inform you about it in the card of each product under "Shipping".
• Delivery cost depends on the selected form of delivery. You will see the cost in the shopping cart.
• All information about costs and form of delivery you will see in the Basket.

FORMS OF DELIVERY

We offer following forms of delivery:

• InPost courier
• InPost parcel lockers
• DPD courier
• DHL courier (for shipments to European Union countries and the UK)

We not offer pick up by person.
