RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

Rules for withdrawal from a contract concluded remotely and making a return:
1. The Shop's Customer who is a Consumer or an Entrepreneur referred to in Article 7aa of the Consumer Rights Act ("Privileged Entrepreneur") has the statutory right to withdraw from the contract of sale of the Goods within 14 days from its receipt (the time limit runs from the day following the day of receipt of the shipment with the Goods), without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions referred to below (Section 7).
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must, within 14 days of receipt of the shipment with the Goods, inform the Store of the withdrawal from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. in the form of a return form, which can be found at this link). The form can be sent by email to sklep@ohvery.pl or together with the returned Goods. If the Customer first sends the return form by e-mail, he/she must remember that the Goods should be sent back immediately, but no later than before the expiration of another 14 days from the date of sending the withdrawal statement.
3. The return form must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice). In the case of an email shipment, its scan will suffice.
4. Returned Goods should be sent back to the address:
EWA KAMIONOWSKA, 8 Kampinoska Street, 05-840 Brwinów, Poland
e-mail: sklep@ohvery.pl, phone: +48 572 226 202
- Shipping costs of the returned Goods shall be borne by the Customer.

6. The Store has up to 14 days to refund the payment for the returned Goods (i.e. the cost of the Goods and shipping costs, if any) from the day it receives the Customer's statement of withdrawal from the contract. 7. Returns are not subject to:
- non-refabricated things, i.e. things produced according to the specifications of the Consumer / Privileged Buyer or serving to meet his individualized needs, i.e. things prepared on the special order of the Customer, bearing individual characteristics (e.g. clothes prepared for the dimensions of the Customer, which he supported with a clearly expressed statement of intent to prepare such goods for him)
